  • 9 – Swings
  • 10 – KB Snatch (5 each arm)
  • 11 – Toes To Bar
  • 12 – Cone Shuttle Shuttle Sprint (6 Each person)

With a partner, the workout is done just like the song sounds…partner 1 does 1 snatch, partner 2 does 1 snatch…partner 1 does 2 STO, partner 2 does 2 STO…partner 1 does 1 snatch, partner 2 does 1 snatch…ETC.
