Fall Brawl 2016 is just around the corner.  The vibe at CFG is awesome and teams are getting ready strategically and mentally.  Nothing physical can be done at this point to prepare except to stay loose and rested.  Here is the schedule for the day.  Please download it and print as desired.  Your coaches will be your guide throughout the day and will assign you judging spots as needed for each WOD.

Saturday is looking nice and sunny with a high of 60, so please bring pop-up tents and chairs to chill out outside during the day.  The turf side will be used for the first WOD, so please don’t set up in there.  As for parking, we will need the back of CFG for the first WOD as well.  So please park in the CFG front lot or either StrongArm parking lots at Buildings 425 and 423.  As usual PLEASE DON’T park in our neighbors reserved spots or on the grass anywhere.  That always creates a nice scene as you know.

The top 3 teams after the 4 WODs will make the championship WOD.  There will be a tie breaker if needed.  The winning team will get their Fall Brawl T-shirts paid for by CFG and will also get bragging rights for as long as they want to gloat :)

The point system for the WODs will be as follows:

1st: 8 pts, 2nd: 7 pts, 3rd: 6 pts, 4th: 5 pts, 5th: 4 pts, 6th: 3 pts, 7th: 2 pts, 8th: 1 pt

We will try and stay on schedule as best as we can so we can start the after party.  Let us all work together to help with the set-up and breakdown of the weights for the WOD.  The faster we do that, the more smoothly the day will go.
