WOD Explained
Coaches will divide their squad into 2 teams of 5 athletes. The 2 teams can be any mix of gender (ex. 4 guys, 1 girl and 4 girls, 1 guy). On the call of go, one of the team members will begin the first leg of the WOD, once their WOD is completed, they will tag the next person on the their team to complete their leg of the WOD and so forth and so on. Once the 5th athlete has completed the last leg of the WOD, time will be written down for the entire relay. Sprint #1 will be done by every team first, then Sprint #2 will be done. Note: In the event the sled weight needs to be changed during the WOD for a different gender, the change will be made by the athlete who just finished their leg to get the next athlete ready to go for their sled push.
