Generation Youth Program is the ideal way to combine fitness and FUN! CrossFit Generation’s Youth Program has been running strong without interruption since 2010.  Founding Coaches Jocelyn and Lauren and current Head Coach BJ are passionate about teaching children the importance of health through exercise. This program includes various fundamental skills and movements essential for life, health, and sport.  We incorporate all aspects of fitness (strength, stamina, flexibility, cardio respiratory endurance, power, speed, accuracy, agility, coordination, and balance) into the daily workouts. We understand our Youth are not just mini-adults and our program reflects that.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CAMP DESCRIPTION

Are you looking to incorporate fitness into your kids summer? This summer camp will teach foundational movements of fitness in a unique way specifically designed for your elementary age child (Entering 1st-5th grades). In our space designed specifically for our Youth Program, we will have your kids running, jumping and performing body weight strength exercises! This is a great way to teach them how to warm up, work on injury prevention, speed and sprint drills, and gymnastics skills all while having fun! Register now! MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP DESCRIPTION

How do you prevent a sport related injury in young athletes? Body awareness, control and strength! Your middle schoolers (Entering 6th – 8th grades) will learn all of these in our Generation Youth Fitness Camp! This CrossFit style camp is perfect for athletes as well as any middle schooler who wants to engage in an all-around training program. With a mix of body weight, barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell and agility exercises, your athlete will develop body control and gain strength. Whether you have a student athlete looking to prepare for the upcoming season, or a teen looking to stay healthy, this program is for you! Register now! Don’t delay as limited spots are available!

  • Full session – 8 weeks, 5 days a week: $340
