CFG Tip of the Day:  Sleeping and Training

I am going to make this tip short and sweet.  If you are not getting adequate sleep, you should not be training intensely.  I cannot stress enough about how crucial sleep is and the effects it has on training and recovery.  Poor sleep greatly increases the risk of injury when training.  If your sleep has been sub-par lately, let your coach know and you can and should scale down the training session.  Trust me; it is worth it in the long run.
