20 Minute AMRAP ( Teams of 3)

  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 30 DB STO (45/35)
  • 30 Swings (70/55)

The row is  buy in to each round.  After one athlete finishes the row list, each athlete starts working through one of the movements.  

After each movement is finished, the round ends and a new athlete rows. Athletes then switch movements and continue .
