Teams of Four – Four Rounds of:
- Row (Calories)
- Wall Ball
- DB Snatch (45/25)
- Push-Up
In this workout, your team moves from each of four stations after a minute The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a four-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. All athletes will rest at the same time.
On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
After four rounds, there will be a single “Overtime” period, which we will explain at class….
