  • For time:
  • 200m Medball Relay (20/14)
  • 30 Sprawl Balls per athlete
  • 200m Medball Relay
  • 40 DB Snatches (20 each arm) per athlete (50/35)
  • 200m Medball Relay
  • 50 Box Jumps per athlete (24/18)
  • 200m Medball Relay
  • WOD Notes: Each team will have 2 medballs, 2 DBs, and 2 boxes.  Only one guy and one gal can be working at a time.  You can split the reps up anyway, but each athlete must complete all the reps required
