WOD

  • For time with a 10 minute time cap:
  • 10 Rope Climbs @ 15ft
  • (scale to 12ft Climbs or 30 Lying Rope Climbs)
  • If all 10 are not completed within the time cap, score will be 10 minutes plus any of the uncompleted climbs.  So if you achieve 8 climbs in 10 minutes, your score is 10:02.
