  • Farmers Carry
  • 3 x 1 minute @ 3/4 bodyweight
  • Perform a 1 minute plank after each set

WOD

  • 5 rounds for time:
  • 4 Ring or Bar Muscle-Ups (scale to 4 band assist muscle-ups or 8 Bar Dips)
  • 5 Handstand Pushups (M: 45lb + abmat) (W: 25lb + Abmat) – scale as needed
  • 6 Pistols (scale to weighted lateral step-ups)
