CrossFit Generation recognizes the need for beginner athletes to be a part of their own program. Our Elements program will teach the 9 Fundamental CrossFit movements to potential CFG athletes before joining the regular CrossFit Generation classes. Our Elements program is a great way to build confidence in movement efficiency and for the Elements coach to see any specific areas of movement that need to be addressed. Elements is broken down into 3 sessions. Each session is approximately 45 minutes in length. Potential athletes and Elements Coaches can schedule their sessions at whatever time works for both parties during our hours of operation.
Please note that CrossFit Generation requires all new individuals to CrossFit begin with the Elements program regardless of fitness levels.
Elements session 1 – Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat
Elements session 2 – Deadlift, Medball Clean, Power Clean
Elements session 3- Shoulder Press, Push Press, Jerk
