A special thanks to all who came out to donate last Thursday! We were able to exceed our goal number by one person too! A sincere thank you to all who could and did donate as the need for blood donations is at a critical level.
This past weekend, CrossFit King of Prussia hosted the second Keystone Affiliate Challenge. Around 75 athletes competed in the event's WOD.
