Three 6 Minute AMRAPS

  1. 600m run, Max Thrusters (95/63)
  2. 600m run, Max Box Jump Over (24/18)
  3. 600m run, Max Hang Snatch (95/63)

    Teams of 3 choose who starts on which AMRAP.  Each athlete must do each AMRAP, but in no particular order.

    Score is total reps for team across all three amraps.
