  • In 15 minutes, how many reps and calories can you and your partner complete of:
  • Calories on the Rower
  • Shoulder to Overhead (115)(73)
  • Both partners can be working at the same time.  Score is total reps and calories completed at the end of the 15 minutes.  You can split workload any way you want and any rep scheme is fine.  Just do work.  One little caveat.  You both must run 600m at one point during the 15 minutes.
