Summer Slam is on August 20th and will be here before we know.  Here are the standards that all people on your team must be able to perform for multiple reps and rounds.

Everyone on your team needs to be able to:

1) Move your body:
Run, row, box jump, climb a rope, push or pull a sled

2) Move weight:
Deadlift max (325*/200+)
Clean & jerk max (205+/125+)
Snatch max (155+/95+)

3) Perform standard Crossfit Open movements as rx’d:
CTB pull-ups, Burpees, lunges, wall balls, overhead squat, front squat, thrusters, HSPU, double Unders, etc.

*Some athletes on your team should be able to perform advanced gymnastics movements:
Pistols, muscle ups, bar muscle ups, deficit HSPU, etc. Some of these movements may show up but all athletes will not be required to perform them. The more you have, the better off your team will be!
