As we enter into the holiday season, our community always tries to get together to give back to society. Two ways to do that are the Toys for Tots toy drive and WMMR’s Campout for Hunger Food donation. See below for details on both.

Toys for Tots: The Marines of Willow Grove bring Christmas to thousands of children who, without your support, would not receive any toys this year. Their goal is to collect over 200,000 toys and distribute them to more than 65,000 children.  In order to do this they rely on the community.

During this holiday season, Babylon Business Campus has once again opened a warehouse to serve as a regional distribution point for Toys for Tots.  The location is 411 Caredean Drive, Suite E.  They will be open from November 3rd until December 12th.

Thank you for supporting our efforts this year and we look forward to a successful Toys for Tots 2014 campaign in the Babylon Business Campus. You can leave unopened toys at CFG and we can bring them to the distribution center during business hours if you prefer.

WMMR’s 2014 Campout for Hunger: takes place from December 1^st to December 5^th. This food drive collects non-perishables on behalf of Philabundance to help feed those in need in the Delaware Valley. Michelle Busch will be collecting donations at CFG until Thursday, December 4^th to be delivered to the campout at Xfinity Live on December 5^th. Items should be recently purchased and in good condition. The most needed items include:

• Canned/shelf-stable tuna
• Macaroni and Cheese
• Canned pasta
• Canned beef stew
• Canned chili
• Creamy peanut butter
• Jelly
• Canned green beans
• Canned corn
• Canned fruit
• Breakfast cereal and hot cereal
