CrossFit Generation recognizes the need for beginner athletes to be a part of their own program to fully teach all the CrossFit movements AND provide an opportunity for initial conditioning to build muscular strength and endurance BEFORE joining the regular CrossFit Generation classes. This 4 WEEK program allows beginner athletes to start working out together and “graduate” together into the regular adult CrossFit classes.
