Your coaches take great pride in getting to know your strengths, weaknesses and limits and sometimes, may even know better than you. Trust me, they live and breathe this stuff every day and, from a training perspective, see things that you simply cannot.  So, listen to your coaches and heed their advice.   If they give you a specific weight, use it. If they advise you to just a certain number of rounds, do it.   They want the best for you and will definitely push you when you’re ready for it.
