In thinking ahead for the competition this weekend some people have asked about what to do “game day” as far as food, snacks, gear, clothing etc…My best advice for you is not to do anything different on game day than you have done before. Game day is not the day to try a new energy bar or new lifting shoes. Go with what you know- that’s what will work best for you. Never worn a turtle neck and Christmas sweater to workout in before? Don’t start on Saturday just because you heard Jim did it and rocked the look! This principle goes for Fall Brawl or any other big event.
