Greg Everett said in an article I read the other day “if you know the actual number of lifts you missed in a training session, your spending too much time on math and not enough time on lifting.” This is so true.  Every lift you do is important and missing them is also beneficial from a  mental aspect. If you never miss a lift, you are most likely doing something wrong and possibly not working hard enough. On the flip side, if your missing more lifts, you need to evaluate your training and talk with your coaches. Don’t let yourself get sucked into repeatedly attempting a lift several times just to try and make it. Train smart, Train Organized.
