The key to double unders in my opinion is staying relaxed and letting your wrists do the work. I believe coach Dave used the cue of pretending to jump on a 45lb plate. This is perfect because it’s not how high you jump when doing double unders but how fast you can move your wrists. Stay relaxed, keep your chest up and let your body feel the rhythm. Remember this is a skill that takes practice. Enjoy!
