CFM have really been a huge convenience factor for us with our weekly meal planning. This week I had a turkey burger with coconut and roasted red pepper and stir fry veggies. It was so good! We usually get enough meals to piece together our week and make sure that we are eating good clean nutrition when we have late nights and early mornings at the gym. It’s always a guaranteed healthy meal to help us stay on track with our health goals. The convenience of a healthy meal like that can’t be beat- no excuses!
