Do you spend the time doing the post WOD stretches? It is so important to take care of your body post WOD. Make sure to take time to do the Post-WOD Stretches listed on the board and any foam rolling or extra mobility/work needed for your body. Spending this extra time is well-worth it and will reflect appropriately in your performance and recovery.
