Upon completing a WOD, one of the worst things you can do is to lie on your back and roll around on the floor.  Instead, do the opposite.  Stand up, walk around, do some light mobility, or take a light jog.  This course of action keeps the blood moving throughout the body and aids in the removal of lactic acid that was built up during the WOD. It’s a much better way to recover!

CFG Summer Slam teams are almost complete.  I had a great number of athletes contact me to sign up, but unfortunately, I can only choose 12 guys and 12 ladies.  If you are not chosen for a team, you have been placed on the sub list in the event that an athlete competing is unavailable or sidelined.  Teams will be announced on Wednesday.  Thank you.
