CFG is so fortunate to have Alex Brazinski, one of our own athletes, to coach yoga on Sundays. Alex practices what he preaches and lives the lifestyle, he knows CrossFit and how to best prepare a class to benefit CrossFitters and lastly, he can cater class to the needs of the students in the class that day.
