We are approaching the one week mark before Fall Brawl 2014. We are excited for this event as it will be a fun, in-house, community-driven event for CFG! For game day, here are a few tips:
- Don’t try anything new (gear or nutrition wise) on game day. Stick with what works. Test out new products another day.
- Start hydrating days before the event. The morning of the event, starting drinking water when you wake up.
- Bring plenty of food to munch on throughout the day. You will want to replenish nutrition between WODS.
- Packing List – make one and make sure it includes all your gear needed for CrossFit WODS and plenty of layers of clothing for the day (weather and WOD wise).
- Be on time for yourself and team. Have fun, work hard and enjoy the day!
