Yoga is a wonderful way to address some key areas of the 10 components of physical fitness in a different way from your CrossFit workouts. Yoga addresses balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and accuracy as well as focuses on breathing techniques, relaxation practices and health parameters such as blood pressure, cholesterol and heart health. Yoga is a perfect compliment to CrossFit because of all this!  We will offer yoga this summer at CFG on Sundays at 11am for very reasonable prices. We hope to see you there if your schedule allows!
