Stretching and mobility are in full throttle mode in the fitness industry.  This is mostly in part to Kelly Starret’s new book “Becoming a Supple Leopard”.  Stretching and mobility are an imperative part of any exercise program, yet most of us, including myself, find them boring and don’t spend enough time working on them.  It is arguable that flexibility and mobility are the two most crucial elements of fitness as we age, closely followed by strength, so make it part of your day to stretch.  It does not take very long and you only need 7 minutes a day to get a quality stretch routine into your activities.  So where does one find a good stretch routine that takes only 7 minutes to complete?  Well, you’re in luck.  See Coach Barry’s daily stretch video below.
