When performing push-ups one of the biggest errors I see athletes
making is pushing there elbows out first when performing push-ups. This is incredibly bad because it starts to dumb extra loads on your wrists, elbows and shoulders. When you’re doing your push-ups today, screw your hands into the floor (show your elbow pits!), initiate the push-up by pulling your shoulder blades together and think about keeping a vertical forearm.
Oh yeah – don’t forget your bracing sequence!!!
