“Knees out” doesn’t necessarily mean toes out. When setting up for
your squat position your toes should be angled out anywhere from 5 to 12°. (nothing greater!). When you hear the queue “knees out” this is simply referring to creating torque and making room for your pelvis to drop, thus creating ideal squat mechanics.

your body strong.
