This is one topic that gets exhausted in the fitness industry.  Simply put, if you are female, lifting heavy weights will NOT make you bulky.  In order for that to happen, you would have to consume an inordinate amount of food daily as well as getting some help from some other “sources”.  Lifting heavy weights builds strength, character, and confidence.  Generally,  women do not have enough testosterone in their bodies to produce huge gorging muscles.  So ladies, grab that barbell and squat, press, clean, and snatch your way to a strong, healthy, and empowered body.  The benefits are greater than you realize.
