Something that a lot of athletes need to work on is strategizing each
workout. I often see athletes going “balls to the wall” during workouts only to leave themselves gassed quickly and mentally drained. Not only does this leave you with an unsatisfying score but more important performing exercises with poor form. My tip for today is take a look at each workout and go into it with a plan. Today think about were it will be important for you to take the appropriate rest so your not left doing singles after two minutes.
