We are happy to add the 6am class time to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays! It’s a great way to start off your day and give you that extra pep in your step bright and early. We are proud of the way we will be conducting our 6am classes and are confident you will enjoy them. We ask you all to prep for the 6am’s as you would any other class. That does mean you must get up in time to properly hydrate (especially in these summer months) and have a plan for meals pre/post WOD. We know mornings are busy, but proper organization around the workouts will be paramount to your success with them. Get up in time to come ready for action and prepared for nourishment post WOD as well. Cheers!
