Some of the best exercises you can do for the core involve stabilization. The job of the core is to stabilize the body. So, to strengthen that area, movements that emphasize stability, not mobility, are best. I love that Overhead Squats are listed as I often say I could argue it’s one of the best exercises in terms of core activation.
