We live in a world of desk jobs, driving and laziness. I could go on and on about how bad this is for you mentally and physically but I won’t bore you with that. Instead, today I challenge you to get up and move! If your stuck at work behind a desk or sitting for long periods of time today make it a point to go no longer then 15mins sitting down. Good Luck
