As we approach the 4th of July holiday weekend, don’t let the excitement of the weekend derail your health goals. This is easy to let happen, especially when it comes to nutrition. You have the power to make the right decisions when it comes to what you consume. Be smart and don’t allow one weekend to undo all the good you’ve done. Remind yourself of what your goals are and WHY. Then, think about what will happen if you choose to make alternative decisions. Make conscious decisions and remember, you have control. Don’t lose it. If your goals are a priority then stick to them, if they aren’t then don’t. But know that it’s a conscious decision. You can still enjoy when making healthy choices!
