Getting a good nights sleep is imperative for training safe and effectively, but also for general health as well. It is the piece to the puzzle that is often set aside as less important than managing stress, eating right and exercising. This point was also driven home in several of the lectures from the NSCA Personal Trainers Conference that Barry and Jocelyn attended over the weekend.
