Today’s KB swings are a little bit heavier than the typical 55/35 standard weight. If you are comfortable making the jump to a heavier weight for the swings, but are newer at this weight, perhaps it’s best to keep the range of motion finishing at your chest or eye level instead of going over head. In addition, there are a few other reasons why going over head might not be for you. For example, if you have trouble maintaining a neutral spine while going over head, it’s best to finish at your chest/eye level.
