Generation CrossFit Kids is the ideal way to combine fitness and FUN! CrossFit Generation’s Kids & Teens program has been running strong without interruption since 2010.  Founding coaches Jocelyn and Lauren are passionate about teaching children the importance of health through exercise. This program includes various fundamental skills and movements essential for life, health, and sport.  We incorporate all aspects of fitness (strength, stamina, flexibility, cardio respiratory endurance, power, speed, accuracy, agility, coordination, and balance) into the daily workouts. We understand our Kids & Teens are not just mini-adults and our program reflects that.

→ Improving self-confidence/self-esteem
→ Helping kids create friendships and build camaraderie with others

→ Providing emotional supports through fitness
→ Programming balanced physical activity both in and out of season
→ Introducing movements and skills necessary for life and sport
→ Offering a safe environment for growth and development
→ Learning the relationship between work and play
→ Modifying workouts to meet the individual fitness needs of each child

PROGRAM INFORMATION- The Basics

Fall 2021 we will offer programs for Elementary (1st-5th), Middle (6th-8th) and High School (9th-12th). Registration will be on-going throughout the school year however, you must contact Coach BJ to pre-register before starting. Each program will be capped to maintain social distancing and abide by current COVID-19 protocols.

We will closely monitor the CDC and local health department recommendations regarding masking. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time. Currently, we ask families to choose what is right for your situations regarding wearing masks. Please contact Coach BJ to get started!

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FALL PROGRAM

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:30-5:00pm
  • Saturdays 9:00-9:30am
  • You must pre-register with BJ@crossfitgeneration.net to begin
  • Monthly Membership Rates:
    2x/week- $75/month
    3x/week- $100/month
    10 class pass (3 month expiration)- $120

MIDDLE SCHOOL FALL PROGRAM

  • On-Going Starting September 13th 2021
  • Mondays/Wednesdays 5:00-5:45pm
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:00-5:45pm
  • Saturdays 9:30-10:15am
  • You must pre-register with BJ@crossfitgeneration.net to begin.
  • Please choose either M/W OR T/TH option when registering. Contact BJ if your schedule needs a custom fit.
  • Monthly Membership Rates:
    2x/week- $85/month
    3x/week- $105/month
    10 class pass (3 month expiration)- $125

HIGH SCHOOL FALL PROGRAM

  • On-Going Starting September 13th 2021
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm
  • Saturdays 10:30-11:30am
  • You must pre-register with BJ@crossfitgeneration.net to begin
  • Monthly Membership Rates:
    2x/week- $90/month
    3x/week- $110/month
    10 class pass (3 month expiration)- $130

All credit card payments will run through our WODIFY system. Cash and checks also accepted. Checks can be made out to CrossFit Generation.

Memberships will be paid out on the 1st of the month. We will prorate the first month if registration occurs within the month.

All payments are final unless for a medical reason should arise.
