A conversation we have a lot in on ramp is a reminder that although everyone gets together and does the same WOD, it can easily be scaled up or down for each individual. Whether a novice or competitor, there are times when WODs need to be adjusted. Don’t get caught up in having to do it “Rx” or having to do what the athlete next to you does. Keep in mind, this is your workout and yours only. Do what is right for you and what will make you stronger and better. It may fluctuate from day to day or week to week. If you stick to that mantra, successful training and results will follow!
