Good luck to all participating in the Masters of the Universe Competition at CFG this Saturday. If you are working out today, it is smart to take it as a half intensity workout and take off on Friday totally. A few tips for having a successful day of competition is to pack plenty of food and water. Staying hydrated and fueled is key. Bring a chair or something to allow you to rest comfortably between WODs. Always warm-up properly and foam roll/stretch after each WOD. Don’t do anything different than you normally do or wear anything new on Saturday. Pay attention to all standards and pre-WOD instructions in order to be most successful with each one. Ask questions if you have them and most importantly work hard and have fun!
