Continuing with the Thursday tip of the day for the Paleo Challenge coming up… If you are still on the fence on whether or not to do this, below is a list of amazing foods that get the thumbs up while on a challenge. Maybe seeing all the options you have will make it seem less daunting.

The actual “tip” today is, eating paleo doesn’t mean eating “bland” SPICE IT UP! Spices are amazing and can really liven up a dish, so get creative and play with spices! Cook in bulk and portion out lunches and dinners into containers to eat on the go! It’s doesn’t have to be too hard, but at the same time, it doesn’t have to be boring either.

Be creative with meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, fruits, fats, spices, nuts and seeds. I found this list online that really spells it out. The Paleo Food List. Besides the repetitive use of the word “diet” I like that website. :)
