The quad wall stretch is an amazing stretch for many reasons. It’s easy to perform, super beneficial and you don’t need equipment to do it. The two key things you should focus on though to get the most out of the stretch are, keeping your hips and pelvis in line (tighten your abs) with each other and keeping your knee all the way against the wall (make sure your can squeeze your glute).
