After over a week off from CrossFit and a week away from the gym itself, I find myself learning more about the importance of downtime and time away.  It is good for the body, but it is even better for the mind.  I fully admit that I was burnt out and needed this time to relax, refocus, and renew myself as a CrossFitter, but more so as a CrossFit teacher and coach.  This industry is inundated daily with information and as a coach, I get spun in circles with it all.  I am looking forward to getting back to coaching and training and also not getting spun in circles as much so I can focus more on CFG and being in the trenches of the gym with you all.
