Have you made a list of your movements to work on?  If not, do it by the end of the week and start thinking of a plan.  Your coaches are here to help you with that plan. You cannot attack everything all at once. You must prioritize… what do you care most about? What are you willing to dedicate some time to do? Start there. Once you have decided what you want to work on, be sure to share it with us, and we can help guide you in the right direction.
