When doing your post WOD stretches, practice holding each one for at least 5 breaths instead of for a certain amount of time. Breathing through stretches helps to deepen the position by consciously relaxing with the exhalations. Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth relaxing a little more each time into your pose. Owning the core and breath while being mindful throughout the stretching process will aid in getting the most bang for your buck!
