It’s not too early to start planning for CFG’s Fall Brawl 2014. With two full weeks of training left, start to think about scaling back and making sure you are tapering off your workouts leading up to the event. Consider next week to be the last full week and then the week leading up to the event, scale back and take Friday (at minimum) off as a rest day. Think of sleep and nutrition as a bank savings account. Start building up the inventory now by getting plenty of sleep and nutrient dense foods so you can pull from a full supply on event day. Water (as you know) is key too. Hydration before, during and after will help tremendously… so drink up!
