This open WOD 15.3 brought mixed emotions from many. We hope that the message that sticks with our athletes is this… use frustration as fuel and motivation. CrossFit is about being a jack of all trades and master of none. Create goals and prioritize efforts. Once a plan is made… follow through. Do the little stuff needed to achieve goals. It takes time. It takes work. It takes dedication. But one thing is for sure, change will happens when something changes. It takes more than “wanting” something – you actually have to be ready to change. I saw how hard work can pay off this week with 15.3 for some and it was inspiring to me! So, let’s get to training and continue to inspire each other!
